come to~be considered by the Court and it appearing to the Court
that :
1. The true cash value of the Estate is s7,000.00;
•2. All obligations of the Decedent have been paid and
' the Estate is not indebted; and• -
3. The averments of the peti`ion are true, no material
facts have been concealed and the Estate is fully entitled to an
Order of Administration Unnecessary, it therefore is
