to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note oontained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be oonstrued to mean the Property, Borrower, Le~ader and Note defined
herein. Borrawer acla~owledges receipt of a~py of the oomplete teat of the provisions Lereby incc+rporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
Sate of this I~iortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Fufiue Advances, with interest thereon,
shall be secured by this riortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secvred hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced
