temporary relief while this cause is pending. The Court having
heard the evidence presented and the argument of Plaintiff's counsel.
and being fully advised, it is:
ORDERE~ AND ADJUDGED that: _
1. That Plaintiff shall have the sole and exclusive possession
of the rental premises presently maintained as the marital abode.
2. ~i'hat the Defendant, GEORGE HENRY MATTHIES, is en~oined and
restrair~ed from assaulting, harrassing, bothering. or interferring
with Plaintiff, or any of her children at any time or place, or in

~i any manner wh~tsoever, during the pendency of this action; but that, `
4 Defendant, at a time agreeable to Plaintiff, may remove his personal
effects from the rental premises presently maintained as the marital
abode.
