against you for compensatory and punitive damages for slander of title, far
an adjudication that that certain contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant,
i BEN D. EM~RSON, dated June I5, 1973, recorded May 31, 1974, in Official
~ Records Book 228, Page 272 and in Official Records Book 228, Page 27?,

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, _ be declared void and of no effect
and that the same be expunged from the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, further seelcing damages #or breach of said contract, further declaring
that that certain assignment of contract between the Defendants dated December
6, 1973, recorded May 31, 1974, in Official R~cords Book 228, Fage 276,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be declared fraudulent and of no
effect, and further enjoining the Defendants from clai~ning any further interest
in the following described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
