SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE ~
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Evelya Jeanett Clave2and,
a single adul~, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage deed
executed by Rachel G. Sample, a widow, bearing date the 6th day of
September, 19~3, recorded in official Record Book 218, Page 1202, in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida. securing one certain note in the principal of Twenty-
five Hundred Dallarst$2500.00) and certatn promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said state
and county described as follows, to wit:
Lot 6 and the South One-Half of Lot 7, Block 2 of KILLER'S PLAT
of the W~ of the E~ of the SW~ of the NE~ of Section 9, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, as per Plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 3, Page 43 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelle~, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of records. ~

these presents to be executed in her name, and has signed and sealed
