ary 9, 1975 in Official Records Book 209, Page 2375, St. Lucie
Couaty, Florida, public records, and
1f~R$AS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date in
the amount of ~162,500.00, payable on or before June 15, 1973, aad,
W~RSAS: the part~es are desirous of extending the time for
payment under said note.
NpW, T~RBFOR$, the parties for and in consideration of Oae
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable coasiderations paid to the JSNS$N
BSACH BANH, do hereby amend the said note to be payable on or
before December 15, 1974. _
