thereunzo belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
remainder~and remainders, rents, issues an`d profits thereof. And also all the
estate, rfght, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand vhatsoever,
as Well in law as in equity, of the Grantor, of, in and to the same, ac?d every
