Wife FINAL JUDGi~93D1T . - DISSOLUTION OF I~RRIAGR This cause came on for- trial the 16th day of September, 1474 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: a ~ - 1. Pierce, Florida, more particularly described as: Lot 5, SADIE WHFE~ER'S SIIBDIVISION of Lots 9 and 10 of Canning Company's Subdivision. as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 35, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; subject to reservations, restrictions, easements and rights of way of record; together with all furniture and furnishings now in the dwelling on the above described land subject to the outstanding mortgages thereon; that the Wife shall save the Husband harmless from any payments due on such mortgages.
