This cause came on for- trial the 16th day of September,
1474 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the ;

bonds of matriiaony heretofore existing between them and from ~
the ohligations arising therefrom. ;

2. That JOffiJ WILI,IAM WI~ELER, by appropriate deed '
shall convey to ELLEN GRINER WHEELER, his interest in the real
property, furniture and furnishinc~s now located at 802 Delaware
Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 5, SADIE WHFE~ER'S SIIBDIVISION of Lots 9
and 10 of Canning Company's Subdivision. as
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 35, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; subject
to reservations, restrictions, easements and
rights of way of record; together with all
furniture and furnishings now in the dwelling
on the above described land
subject to the outstanding mortgages thereon; that the Wife shall
save the Husband harmless from any payments due on such mortgages.
