3. The Wife, ELLEN GRINER W~SLER, by appropriate
instrument shall convey to the Husband, JOHN WILLIAM WSEELSR, '
any interest she may have in the boat now in the possession of
the Husband. The 8usband shall save the Wife harmless from any
payments due on the note to the finance company securing the
financing of said boat. The Huslsand shall either obtain a
release of the furniture and furniahings as c~llateral on said
note or punctually make the payments on said note as they become
due so that the furniture and furnishings now located at 802 .
Delaware Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida will not be repossessed
or levied upon.
4. That a restraining order be and the same is hereby
entered against each of the parties hereto, and each of the parties
is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
harassing or bothering the other.
5. The Husband shall be responsible for and pay all
bills on the BankAmericard and any doctor bills incurred by him.
6. The Wife shall be responsible for and pay the bills
on the Master Charge and any medical or dental bi:.ls incurred hy
her subsequent to July 24, 1974. ~
7. ELLEN GRINER W~ELER be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of ELLEN QtINER and to use the same in
all respects as if said marriage had not inte=vened.
8. The property settlement agreen:ent or stipulation
~ admitted into evidence is hereby inc~orporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
