DISSOLUTON OF MARRIAGE -

THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 16th day of September, A.D.
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the garti~s an3
sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HOWARD R.
LOHR and SUE E. LOHR be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the
parties and each of ttiem are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretQfore existing between them and from the obligations
I arising therefrom. -

2. CUSTODY. Custody of HOWARD R. LOHR, II; MICHAEL DWAYNE
LOHR; and STEPHEN JEFFREY LOHR, minor children of the parties, is here-
by awarded to SUF E. LOHR with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
HOWARD R. LOHR.
3. SUPPORT. Comzaencing the 15th day of September, 1974,
HOWARD R. LOHR shall pay to SUE E. LOHR the su~nn of $50.00 each and every
week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to SUE E. LOHR. In addition, there is hereby as-
sessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
