Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
all lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, .
State of Florida .
TOGETHER with all furniture, fixtures and
equipment placed thereon or therein during
the existence of this mortgage, including but
not limited to furniture, fixtures and equipment
located in the lobby, motel rooms, restaurant,
lounge and pool arEas of the above described property.

system, elevators, screens, screen doors, awnings, blinds, window
shades, kitchen cabinets, floor coverings, lobby furnishings,
gas and oil tanks and equipment pipes, wires and plumbing, all
of which shall be considered as annexed to and forming a part
of the freehold hereby mortgaged.
