N. TILTON, as TRUSTEE, hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGOR, which terms "Mortgaqee" and "Mortgagor" shall include and bind the heirs, executors, administrators and assiqns of the parties hereto whereever the conte~ so requires or aclnaits; _ WITNESSETH: ~ WHEREAS, the Mortqaqee is the hold of a Note dated 20 Auqust, 1973, e~ecuted bp ARTAUR G. TILTON, as TRUSTEE, recorded in Official Records Book 218, Page 521, Lucie County, Flcr ida, Public Records, which Mortga.ge encumbers the following described property , situate in St. ~~ie County, Florida, , to-wit: The South five (5) acres of NW~ of NW 4 and the North Five (5) acres, of SW~ of NW~ and land abuttinq same on ~ Ea,st to river, all in Section 9, Township 36 South, , R,anqe 40 East. ~ AND ~ Lots 192, 193, an+d 196, in Section 9, Township 36 South, R.anqe 40 Fast, as per Plat thereof of WHTTE CITY, recorded in Plat Boak 1, Paqe 23 of the Public Record~ of S~. Lucie County, ~"lorida. WHEREAS, the above described Mortqage Note is due- and payable one year from Auqust 20, 1974 and bears i.~erest at the rate of 82~ per annum.
