MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREENwNT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 12th dap of September, 1974, by and
between JENSEN BEACH BANK, a F'lorida B~ulking Corporation, hereinafter
referred to as MORTGAGEE, and C. N. TILTON, as TRUSTEE, hereinafter
referred to as MORTGAGOR, which terms "Mortgaqee" and "Mortgagor" shall
include and bind the heirs, executors, administrators and assiqns of the parties
hereto whereever the conte~ so requires or aclnaits; _
WITNESSETH: ~
WHEREAS, the Mortqaqee is the hold of a Note dated 20 Auqust, 1973,
e~ecuted bp ARTAUR G. QUINN, WILLIAM J. BESSEMER, A. A. HENDRY, JR.
and A. A. HENDRY, III, which Note is secured by a Mortqage dated 21 August,
1974, executed by C. N. TILTON, as TRUSTEE, recorded in Official Records
Book 218, Page 521, Lucie County, Flcr ida, Public Records, which Mortga.ge
encumbers the following described property , situate in St. ~~ie County, Florida,

The South five (5) acres of NW~ of NW
4 and the North
Five (5) acres, of SW~ of NW~ and land abuttinq same on ~
Ea,st to river, all in Section 9, Township 36 South, ,
R,anqe 40 East. ~
AND
~ Lots 192, 193, an+d 196, in Section 9, Township 36
South, R.anqe 40 Fast, as per Plat thereof of WHTTE
CITY, recorded in Plat Boak 1, Paqe 23 of the Public
Record~ of S~. Lucie County, ~"lorida.
WHEREAS, the above described Mortqage Note is due- and payable
one year from Auqust 20, 1974 and bears i.~erest at the rate of 82~ per
annum.
W3EREAS, it is the desire of the Mortgagor and Mortqa.gee that
the said Mortgage Note be extended and modified and such mod-
