ification beinq acceptable to the parties hereto; _
NOW THEREFORE, in consideratioii of the gremises and tre
sum of Qne ($1. 00) Dollar in hand paid by the Mortqaqor to the Mort-
qagee, receipt of which Is hereby aclulaasledqed, the parties hereto do
hereby mutually modify the said terms of the said Mortgaqe Note to

In all other respects said Note and Mortgaqe sha11 remain un-
affected unchanged and unimpaired by reason of the foreqoing amend-
ment. .

ioreqoinq Modification and Amendment to said Mortqage and in con-
sideration thereof, agree to.abide by all other terms and conditions
of said Note and Mortqa,qe as are ful.lp set out therein.
