hereafter called parties of the Second Part, •
FOR AND IN OONSaDERATION of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other valuable oonsiderations, -~he parties hereto agree as follows:

The parties acknowledge the execution of a Manaqement Agree-
ment, dated April 23, 1973, and recorded in O.R. Book 208, page 2135,
~ of th+e public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That the parties, by execution of this Agreement, do hereby
cancel, rescind and nullify said Management Agreement, and BOiWEN BROS., 1

INC., do hereby release all management rights and claims of every nature !
and kind against the real property described as follows, to-wit: ;
