The Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, ~'lorida, described in the attached Deed
beinq a portion of Section Township 36 South, Ranqe
~ 40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said
real property the following restrictions and covenantss
l. Any residential construction on the•premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle, -
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at aa~y time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
pre.-nises for coramercial purposes.
- 4. No dog kennels, cat kennel~ or other kennels
may be maintained on the pre~?ises at any time for
co:n~r~ercial purposes.
5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist
on ar~y part of the said property.any dumping qround, accumu-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smellinq
matter whatsoever.
I 6. No tents, shacks, or other structure of a temporary
caaracter shall be used as a residence or as a place o~
business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land
(ot,~e~ ~'~an temnorary structures used during construction of
pern~anent buildings) .
7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate
( ~ny of ~he ~ovenants, restrictions or easements herein, it
shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any
real property situated in said sectio;~ to prosecute any
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person
vio~a+~ing or attempting to violate tY~e same and either to _
prevent him or thea~ from so doing or to recover damages far -
such violatian.
8. The foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens
a,^.d servitudes shall run with the la,1d and shall remain in
fu21 force and effect until June l, 1982 at which time they
shal.l automatically beco~e null and-void and of no further
effect.
