WFIEREAS, Philip C. Gates, O. R. Minton, Sr. and Harold =
S. Aelseth are the duly elected, qualif ied and acting Board
of Supervisbrs of the Fort Pierce Farms Water Managemen~ District, ~
a water management district duly organized and existing under
~ applicable laws of the State of FZorida; and
I WI~REAS, second party is the owner of certain tracts
of land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:

The South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of
. the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East;
AND
The kest 3/4 of the North 1/2 of Section 21,
, To;anship 34 South, Range 39 East;
which said tract of land owned by second party is 360 acres,
more or less, in area, said total acreage to be as determined
by the Tax Assessor in and for St. Lucie County, Florida; and
