DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on September 16, 19~~, upon
;''petition for dissolution of marriaqe and answer, and JETTA RUSSUM,

~petitioner, having appeared with counsel, Lee E. Muschott, Esq.,
.
~:and the Court having heard the testiiaony of the petitioner and ±
~,her witness, and having considered evidence, and being otherwise ~
~
.~~fully advised in the premises, the Court finds, decides as follows~
` l. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and f
:'subject matter of this action.
2. The marriage between petitioner and respondent is

~:dissolved because it is irretrievably broken. ~
I 3. The Stipulation executed by the parties on the 12th day i
~
~ `'of September. 1974, introduced into evidence marked petitioner's ~
i
` Exhibit 1, was freely entered into by the parties after a full ;

I: disclosure and under the circumstances that appear from the evi- ~
~
dence to be for the best interests of the parties; and in its ~

' entirety, the Stipulation is incorporated by reference into this {
Judgiaent, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms j

: of the Stipulation.

4. This Court specifically reserves jurisdiction of this i
' entire matter to enter any further orders that may be equitable, !

, appropriate and just. Further, both parties are ordered to take ~

whatever action is reasonable and necessary to and conduct them- ;
;
- selves in a manner conducive with, carrying out the intent and ~
,
; ~
purpose of this Judgment. ' ~
