Muschott, Esq., . ~:and the Court having heard the testiiaony of the petitioner and ± ~,her witness, and having considered evidence, and being otherwise ~ ~ .~~fully advised in the premises, the Court finds, decides as follows~ ` l. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and f :'subject matter of this action. 2. The marriage between petitioner and respondent is ~ ~:dissolved because it is irretrievably broken. ~ I 3. The Stipulation executed by the parties on the 12th day i ~ ~ `'of September. 1974, introduced into evidence marked petitioner's ~ i ` Exhibit 1, was freely entered into by the parties after a full ; ; ~ I: disclosure and under the circumstances that appear from the evi- ~ ~ dence to be for the best interests of the parties; and in its ~ ; i ' entirety, the Stipulation is incorporated by reference into this { Judgiaent, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms j i : of the Stipulation. ~ 4.
