WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organjzed under the laws of.the United States of Mierica, is .
nor+ the owner and holder by assignment of the follawing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-w2t:
A mortgagc deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing -
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Recor~ Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
~y an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encu~nbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- .
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 21b, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
HHEREAS; Outdoor Resorts of America has reouested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NON, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the sarne, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Ntortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or enc~nbrance of the aforesaid
Ftortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged propQrty not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
