The fifth release of 18 acres under this provision shall
commence at the northwest corner of the encumbered property,
extending from east to west throughout the property and ~
southward to encompass 18 acres; the sixth, seventh and
eighth releases under this provision shall follow in
sequence from north to south in like manner in similar
rhythm.
(3) In addition to the releases provided for in paragraph (2)
above, Mortgagor may, at Mortgagor's option, on or before
September 16, 1976, obtain the release of the property to
be released by aforementioned fifth release by the payment
to Mortgagee of the principal sum of $50,000.00.
(4) For each release, Mortgagor shall furnish to Mortgagee
an up-to-date survey of the property to be released that will
legally describe the same and certify the number of acres
thereof .
(5) At the date of any release hereunder, Mortgagor shall
pay to Mortgagee all unpaid and accrued interest to the date
of such release.
