sells, assigns and transfers to TROPIGAS INC. OF FLORIDA,
a Florida corporation, the Accounts Receivable described
in the attachment appended hereto, totallinq the sum of
$ 386.11 ; together with all monies now due or
to become due on such accounts receivable, and all
guaranties and securities therefor, with full power to
collect or compromise or otherwise deal with the same in
