CANCELLATION OF .
EASEMENT FOR COMMON ROADWAY
It is agreed by and between INDIAN RIVER GROVES, INC. , a
Florida corporation, and MLSSION GROVES, INC., a Florida corpo- ,
ration, that that easement for common roadway affecting the following
described property, legally described as:
The North One-Half of the Southwest One-Quarter, Section
Six (6), Township 35 South, Range 39 East, in St. Lucie
County, F'lorida;
and ~
The South One-Half of the Southwest One-Quarter, Section
Six (6), Township 35 South, Range 39 East, in St. Lucie
County, Florida
is hereby cancelled and held to be of no further force and effect.
Said easement for common roadway being recorded in OR Book 66,
~ Page 616-618, St. Lucie County P-•ecords.
Parties hereto acknowledge that they have each received full
and valuable consideration each from the other in order to cancel
said easement.
