the owners by assignment and holders of a certain mortgage deed
executed by:Charles M. Rewis and Loretta L. Rewis, his wife
to Bertha Hall, a single adult bearing date
the 19th day of October A.D. 1973 , recorded in Official REcord
Book 220 , at page 170 , in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain
note in the principal sum of $ 3365.00 and certain promises
and obligations set forth in the aforesaid mortgage, hereby acknowledge
full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and
surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of said
Circuit Court to cancel same of record. .
