This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing from the sworn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process was duly and regulazly had upon the Defendant on the
3~hday of ~gwt , 197 and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appeaz, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That a default be, and the same is, hereby entered against the above named Defendant for failure
to appear, answer or otherwise plead to the Plaintiffs Petition; and _
2. That the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant possession of the premises described in the
petition 61ed herein, as: 1604 Avenue H ' , and forthwith be put in possession of
the same by the force of the county, if necessary; and -
3. That the Plaintiff do have and recover the sum of S 28•50 for costs taxed herein against
