THE UNDERSIGNSD hereby sells all of his certain citrus crop
of red and white grapefruit, Queen oranges and temple oranges now
growing on the hereinafter described real property, situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, to wit:
(See attached legal description)
to RIVER CITRUS, INC. upon the terans of the contract for purchas~
and sale attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and by this reference is
incorporated herein; and that the undersigned by these presents does
acknowledge the receipt of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) advanced
from the purchaser, RIVER CITRUS, INC. on said contract.
The said purchaser, RIVER CITRUS, INC.. its agents or emploqees may
enter upon the above described premisea to cultivate, protect and har-.

~ vest the said crop, title to ~ahich is warranted free from any enc~nbrance.
IN WITNESS hereof the parties have executed this agreement the date
and year first above written.
