(hereinafter called the Grower) and RIVER CITRUS, Inc., Buyer.
W1INESSETH, That the Grovrer, for and in consideration of the payments received and ta be received, u herein-
after recited, has agreed and does he~cby ag~ree to seU to the Buyer all citrus fruits of inerchantable quality ac the time of pick-
ing from the g~ove or groves hereinafter mentioned. 'The price to be paid to the Grower by the Buyer for said fruit per standud
field boz on the trees for all fruit of inerchantable quaUty at the time of picking to be as follows:

All fruit heceby contncted shall be picked by the Buyer on or hefore Seasonal(~'4-75~ , 19
provided the Buyer shall not be prevented from picking the same within said period by strikes, railrwd embugoes or othe~
conditions beyond its conuol, in which case a proportionate additional period for gathering fruit shall be allowed.

The Buyer hu this day advanced to the Grower the wm of t the receipt of
which is hereby acknowkdged by the Grower, which sum is in advance and part payment for uid fruit at the price above
stated. AU fcuit at the pric~ aforeuid shall be pud for from time to time as the fruit is picked, or within ten days thereaftcr.
It u ag~eed that advance payment be deducted Gom final payment of fruit. Should the fruit not be ukcn by the Buyer, the
amount receipted Eor hereby shall be forfeited to the Grower u sole liquidated damage hereunder.
That Burer does not uwme any cold risk in the event of damage by cold or otherwise rendering the abovc fruit un-
merchantable in whole or in put, the Buyer may, at his option, cxncel this contrsct, in which event the Grower agrees to im-
mediately return to the Buyer the above advance, after deducting for fruit alrudy picked. In case the Buyer faiis to move the
' fn?it u per ag~reement, or within fifteen days thereafter, the above advance or any portion outstanding u hereby forfeited, but
~ no additional paymeat will be ezpected by the Buyer or Grower.

Burer shalt not be liable for lou or damage caused by strilces, acts of God, or other causes beyond Buyer's control. Also to be
governed by niles and reguladons u may be adopted from time to time by the Florida ~trus Commission or the U. S_ Depart-
ment of Agriculture under the rules and regulations of the Interstate Commerce Commission.
River Citrus~ Inc. agrees to buy all fruit on R.~f. Tedder Grove of Ft. Pierce
on three different plans; 1. Grapefruit will be handled on account sales less
