(c) Debtor's residence. That the Debtor/s residence in the

(d) Financing statement. That no Financing Statement covering
the collateral or any proceeds thereof is on file in any public office
and that at the request of the Securied Party the Debtor will join
with the Secured Party in executing one or more financing statements
pursuant to the Uniforin Commercial Code in form satisfactory to the
Secured Party and will pay the cost of filing the same in all public
offices wherever filing is deemed by the Secured Party to be necessary
or desirable.
I acknowledge receipt of a copy of this agreement.
This agreement sha 11 become effective when it is signed by the
