WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America,-is
now tiie owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages t

55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Record~ of St. Luc~e (:ounty, Florida, -
encumberi ng certai n 1 ands i n St. Luc~i e County , F1 ori da therei n
more pr.rticularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured.
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, F1orida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, and as further_,amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and.Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public.Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and _
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ;
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated :
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always, i
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anyviise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
