CANADAY;, who was also known as LULU BURCH CP?NADAY, who died on August 28, 1955, intestate, and the brother and daughter, respectively, of CLYDE CANADAY, for , whom an administration unnecessary proceeding was instituted re- sulting of an Order of admini~tration unnecessary in St. Lucie County Case No. 74-29 CP, declaring affiant JoANNE C. HOI~IAN as his sole heir; affiants further state that LOI,LIE„CANADAY, who was also known as LAURA CANADAY VOGT and also known as IAURA T. i LULU VOGT, was the sister and aunt of affiants, respectively; I - ~ ; affiants further state that-LULA B.
