WHEREAS, there is naw unpaid on said promissory note , the principal sum of ~ 19, 205. 87 _ t
together with interest from August 10 , 19 74 , at the r~M Of (

WHEREAS, First Pariies have purchased said property from Third Parties; s~bject to the lien of the afo:e-
said mortgage, and, as a part of ihe consideration for said property, the First Parties have assumed and agreed to
~ pay the indebtedness secured by the afo~esaid mortgage and to perform and compfy with all covenants, obliga-
tions and agreements by the mortgagors to be kept and performed under said mortgage; and Third Parties, id~n-
; tified as original bororowers herein, have requested Second Party to consent to such iransfer of said pror.~etty
~ and relieve Third Parties of responsibiliry for any deficiency decree in the event it becomes necessary to for~
~ close said mortgage; '
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of ~25.00 in hand paid to Second Party, the receipt of
F! which is hereby ack~owledged, and, in f~rther mnsideration of the agreement~ of Second Pafty to consenT to
~ the aforesaid transfer, said consent being evidenced hereby, first Parties do hereby assume personal liability
for and agree to pay the indebtedness secured by the aforesaid mortgage at the times and in the manner specified
in the aforesaid mortgage and in the promissory note the~ein described, and do further agree to perform,
eomply with and ab'ide by each~nd every stipulation, agreement, covenant and condition af said ~ote and
mortgage. _
Second Party hereby mvenants and agrees that it will not seek a deficiency decree against the Third ~
against the Third Parties in fhe event it becomes necessary to enforce the mortgage security, nor enter any suit ~
on the promissory note against the personal responsibility of Third Parties. ;
