THIg INDENTURE, executed the

ALBERT L. SMITB, deceased, Party of the First Part and IIr10RY D.
SMITH and MARY K."SMITH, his wife, Party of the Second Part,

W I T N$ S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, on the~day of . ,
1974, pursuant to Order of the Cir uit Court of St. Lucie County,

and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants bargains, sells,
aliens, premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of
the Secpnd Part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that cer-
tain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, LFSS the West 11 feet thereof for •
road right-of-way, and Lot 4, all in Block B, of
ULRICH SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 5, at page 64, of the public records of.
St. I,ucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

t the Party of the Second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
; things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and the
i Orders of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been
