MAINTENANCE CONSENT ~?GREEMENT

maintenanae ~d Lpkeep hereby authorize ~d give my (our) consent to the toliowing:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C7RPORA7'ION, its successors or assigns, shall notily
the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or ut such.other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned ~rom time to time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state o!
• appearcmoe ~d repcrir consistent with the general appecuance and state ot repair of other properties
within !he immediate vicinity, the undersiqned agrees to accomplish ihe requ'ved repairs, maintenance,
etc., set iorth in said notice within 15 duys atter receipt of same.
2. If the undersigned shall tcal or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or mainienance,
etc., within tlie prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns, ~
aciing by cmd through iis duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the ~iurpose of doing -
ihe necessary wotk. Provided, however, that such work shall be limiied to lawn ~d yard mainten~ce i
to prevent an overgrown or unkempt appem'ance, and to pcrinting ~d minor repairs to the exterior oi ~
the ~uilding or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent an unsighily or unsafe conditior..
3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessers or assigns, in brinqing about cmd accomplishing the work reierred to in the notioe, the under-
~ signed aqrees to make payment ihereof within 10 dcrys a}ter demcmd. Provided, however, thai demand
~ ior poyment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.

t 4. In the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to make payment of ihe actual costs or
~ expenses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENEAAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~ o cessars or assigns, ma~ undertalce eollection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
~ hereunder, together with all costs o! collection including a recssonable attomey's iee. GENERAL
