LpCIS COUNTY. , • GASE NO. 74-568 CA IN RR: THE MARRIAGE OF ~ GORDON RAY CARRAWAY, husband ) . and ~ DSBORAH SUE CARRAWAY, wife. ) FINAI, JUDGMENT DISSOLVING MARRIAGE This action was heard before the Court. On the evidence presented IT I~ ADJUDGED THAT: 1. The bonds of marriage between the Petitioner, DEBORAH SUE ~ CARRAWAY; and"Respondent, GORDON RAY CARRAWAY, are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievablg broken. 2. The Wife shall retain custody of the minor child, EVA LEONA CARRAWAY, and the Husband shall have reasonable visitation rights ~ ~ ~ with the minor ~hild. However, he shall advise the Wife at least ~ € twenty-four hours in advance of his intention to visit said child. ~ 3. The Susband shall pay to the Wife $25.00 per week for child ~ su ort. Said ayments are to be made through the Clerk of the Circuit ~ PP P . Court, Support Division, St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Floiida, . and shall be made payable to Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit Court, by Cashier's Check, lawful money order, or by cash, and $1.00 should be added to each payment to cover service charge. The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall then disburse such payments to Mrs. Deborah Carraway, 1020 B Mayfield Road, Fort Pierce, Florida. ~ 4. The Husband shall pay to the Wife $15.00 per week for temporary ~ rehabilitative alimony for a period of one year from the date of this ~ Order thro~gh the Clerk of the Circuit Court as set forth above. 5.
