THIS CAUSE having_come on for hearing upon motion o~ the
plaintiff, through cpunsel, for the appointm~ent of an attorney and
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defendants, defendants in
the military services of the United States, minor defendants and
also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under ~
legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such 4

motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised f
in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLIAWS:
(1) That J. Michael Brennan , an attorney
~ learned in the law be, and he is hereby appointed as guardian and
~ attorney ad litem for all of the absent unknown defendants, defen-
~ dants in the military services of the United States, minor defendants
and defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under legal disability,
"if any, to this cause.
(2) That the said attorhey, J Michael Brennan ,
a member of the Bar of this Court b~, and he is hereby appointed as
attorney and quardian to represent the above-named defendants and to
protect their interests in this suit.
