the following described line, to wit:
Starting at a point 654.4 feet North-(as measured
along the East line of Section 5) and 25 feet West
of the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 40 East
(point of beginning) run thence Westerly on a bearing
South 89°54'40" West a distance of 1294.75 feet to a
point (terminus),
but, -
WHEREAS, it~is mutually agreed said placed monuments shall
forever control for purposes of legal descriptions regardless
of surveys or conflicts thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, the premises stated,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the party of the first part and the parties of the second
part,.for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
to them in hand paid by the third parties, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and _
disclaim unto the said third parties to be added to each.of their ~
respective lots of Daniels Unrecorded Subdivision, all right, title -
interest, claim and demand which the said first party and second
parties have or claim to have, ?_n and to the following described
lands, situate,-lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,

line of said Section 5 a distance of 643 feet to a
point; thence run West a distance of 25 feet to the "
point of beginning; from the point of beginning run
North a distance of 11.40 feet to a point; thence run
Westerly on a bearing of South 89°54'40" West a

Southerly on a.bearing of South 0°O1'30" West a dis-
tance of 6 feet to a point; thence run Easterly
on a bearing of South 89°51'00" East a distance of
1,294.76 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
