WITNESSETH, FURTHER, That the third parties, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to them in hand paid by ~ the second parties, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and disclaim unto the said second parties forever all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said third parties have in and to the following described parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: Starting at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run North along the East section line of said Section 5 a distance of 654.4 feet to a point; thence run West a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning. From the point of beginning run North a distance of 7.65 feet to a point, thence ~ run Westerly on a bearing of Horth g9°53'42" West a distance of 1294s76 feet to a point; thence run Southerly on a bearing of South 0°O1'30"~West a distance of 12.03 feet to a point; thence run Easterly on a bearing of North 89°54'40" East a distance of 1,294.75 feet to the point of~beginning. ~ Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and i all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim ~ ~ whatsoever of the said third parties, either in law or equity, t - ~ to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second parties forever.
