ORDERED that the Final Judgment of Divorce dated
September 29, 1969, heretofore entered herein by this Court be modified
be deleting Paragraph 3 thereof from said Final Judgment that there
will no longer be the requirement of payment of alimony from Plaintiff
to Defendant. 1
