DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause come on for trial this date and the Court, having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that .
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the part~es; and that
the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WENDOL PHELPS,
Husband and SANDRA PHELPS, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and eaeh of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of -
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga~ions arising
~ there from .
i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Greg Phelps, age 6 and Lisa Phelps, age
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Wife.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be prope r.
This order entered this day of September, 1974, in
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
