TO: The Defendants named above~and•-all others whom it may concern:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above named Plaintiff against the Defendants named above on the
19th day of September, 1974 in the above entitled Court, involving
the property described below, situated, lying and being in Saint
Lucie County, Florida:
i Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 1,
i of SEMINOLE PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
I on file in Plat Book 10, page 11, public records ~
3 of St. Lucie County, Florida, run South along the
t Easterly boundary of Rerr Street for a distance of
50 feet for a point of beginning, thence continue
South along the Easterly parallel with the South
line of Lot 2, Block 1, of Seminole Park to the
Easterly boundary of Lot 1, Block 1, of Seminole
Park Sub~livision, thence turn and run Northerly
along the Easterly boundary of said Lot 1, Block
1, of Seminole Park Subdivision 100 feet to point,
said point being 50 feet South of the Southeast
corner of Lot 2, Block l, of Seminole Park~Sub-
division, thence turn and run Westerly at right
angles with the Easterly boundary of Lot l, Block
1, and parallel with the South line of Lot 2,
Block 1, Seminole Park Subdivision, to the point

The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure of

~ an Agreement for Deed on the above described property and the

~ decreeing of the return of the property to the Plaintiff under
~ the direction of the Court and the payment of the amounts found

~ to be due to the Plaintiff, and for other and further and general
