DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 2Qth day of September,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: ~his Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DAVID
j ALLEN COOLEY and DEANNA F. COOLEY be and the same.is hereby

! dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the obligations arising therefrom.

I 2. PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. DEANNA F. COOLEY be and
she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of DEANNA JOYCE
FRAZIER and to use the same in all respects as if said marriaqe
had not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and

the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such forther

~ Orders as may be proper.
