NO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ROBERT~McNALLY and
ELIZABETH HEALY, the owners and holders of a certain mortgage deed
executed by 0. C. Thompson to ROBERT McNALLY AND ELIZABETH HEALY
bearing date the 4th day of September, 1974. recorded in official
Records Book 231 , page 214 , in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
one certain note in the principal sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00),
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said state and county described as fol-
lows, to wit: ~ _
The West 74 Feet of the East 297 Feet of the South 131 Feet
of the South 1/2 of the r:E 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Nt,T 1/4 of
Section 21, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.
He~eby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby
directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of
record.
