CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that VAN COTT, FERGUSON &
CROFT, a Florida general partnership composed of Kenneth I. Van
Cott, Jr., Harry M. Ferguson and Carl L. Croft, as party of the

first part, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($3.00) and
other valuable considerations, received from and on behalf of ~
TREASURE COAST SERVICE CORPORATION, a Florida corporation having
mailing address of P. O. Box 249, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, as
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said party of the second part, a certain grant of easement
bearing date of December 19, 1972 made by D. J. TZIMENATOS,and
SOPHIE TZIMENATOS, his wife, to the party of the first part, the
same being recorded in O. R. Book 214 at page 154 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to construct, reconstruct,
operate and maintain for such period of time as it may use the
same or until the use thereof is abandoned or terminated, an under-

~ ground emergency overflow pipeline for drainage purposes over, ~ S

~ upon and across the following described land in St. Lucie County,

Florida, to wit:
From the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39
~ East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run south along
the west line of said Section-24 a distance of 33.0
feet; thence run easterly parallel to the north line
of the SW 1~4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 24 a
distance of 25 feet to the right-of-way of Rings -
Highway and the Point of Beginning of the centerline
of an easement which is 10' in width;
From said Point of Beginning, run easterly parallel
to the north line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said
~ Section 24 a distance of 817 feet to the termination
of the 10 foot wide easement herein described.
