ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the foregoing
Stipulation; and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED:
1. ~The firm of Dubbin, schiff, Berkman & Dubbin, be~and
it is hereby substituted for the firm of Paige and Catlin as counsel
of record for Plaintiff, ALBERT SAKHAROFF. Paige and Catlin are
hereby relieved from any further responsibility in this cause.
2. The KINGSLEY CORPORATION'S Motion for Summary Judgment
