O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on August 28, 1974 on the
Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Court having heard
testimony of the Husband and argument of counsel for the Wife,
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED A1~ID ADJODGED as follows:
1. That the child support payments of $70 each week
are deferred by the Court until October 4, 1974 on the terms
and conditions as hereinafter set out.
2. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, .
~ les is in conte t of Court and is in arrears in the

~ sum of $450 in his payments to the Wife, as of October l, 1974
for child support, in addition to the arrearage of $395 as set out
in the Order dated August 21, 1974. ~
3. That the $450 arrearage which accrued over a period
of seven weeks from August 16, 1974 through September 27, 1974,
shall be added to the $395 child support arrearage as set out in
~ the Order of August 21, 1974, making a total arrearage in child
~
sy support payments in the amount of $845 as of September 27, 1974.
~ 4. That the Husband may purge himself of contempt by
~
~
~ paying to the Wife on Friday of each week, commencing October 4,
~ 1974, the sum of $90 each week for child support, of which $20
~
