~~Motion for drder of Contempt and the Husband, EMORY E. MOORE,

~~having appeared before this Court and the Court having heard
~~the testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it is

~~upon consideration . i

~i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ;

~ (1) That the Husband, EMORY E. MOORE be and he is
1~
~,hereby found in contempt of Court for the non-payment of
~iattorneys fees and costs as awarded in that Final Judgment
1=
i;of Dissolution of Marriage dated February 26, 1974, and for
;jfailing to obey the Order dated August 16, 1974 in not makinq
~~the payment that was due on August 23, 1974, and he is further
! ~;ordered to pay the cost of Sheriff's service of $7.50 in addi-
1
~ "tion to the previous amounts awarded of $333.25 for a total
!;sum due of $344.75.
(2) That the Husband be and he is hereby ordered to
~
j;pay on or before September 23, 1974, $80.00 which constitutes
t~two mgnth ,ly payments and to pay the sum of $40.00 a month
j! - ~
;thereafter until all swns due are paid and in the event that ~
;~the $80.00 is not paid by September 23, 1974 an order committing
„
~~the Husband, EMORY E. MOORE to the St. Lucie County Jail for a
I
~;;period of ten (10) days shall be issued.
~ ~i (3) This Court retains jurisdiction for any further
~
~ i'Orders in this cause. ~
