the followinq described line, to wit:
Starting at a point 654.4 feet North (as measured
along the East line of Section 5) and 25 feet West
of the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of~Section S, Township 36 S~uth, Range 40 East
(point of beginning) run thence Westerly on a bearing
~ South 89°54'40" West a distance of 1294.75 feet to a
point (terminus) ,
but,
WHEREAS, it=is mutually agreed said placed monuments shall
forever control for purposes of legal descriptions regardless
of surveys or conflicts thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, the premises stated,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the party of the first part and the parties of the second
part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
to them in hand paid by the third parties, tfie receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and
disclaim~unto the said third parties to be added to each of their-
respective lots of Daniels Unrecorded Subdivision, all right, title
interest, claim and demand which the said first party and second
parties have or claim to have, in and to the following described
~ lands, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,

Westerly on a bearing of South 89°54'40" West a
distance of 1,294.75 feet to a point; thence run
Southerly on a bearing of South 0°Ol'30" West a dis-
tance of 6 feet to a point; thence run Easterly
on a bearing of South 89°51'00" East a distance of ~ ~
1,294.76 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
