Circuit Judge oP the Probate Division of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, in and for St. I,ucie County, Florida, for authority to
transfer certain real estate in said County hereinafter d
described, everring it is necessary and ex~fedient to transfer ~y0
~the seme end also each and every ~urisdictional fact; end the prayer
in said Petition heving appeered to and found by seid Judge to be
reasonable and ~ust and said Petition true and the transfer
~ to the best interest of said estate, said Court rendered trhe Order ~

the first part -to ~ransfer the said real estate in eccord-

ance with the prayer of the Petition and the provisions of the Will

end ordered said party of the first part to eaecute the ~deed to said
party of the second part of the real estate herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, said party of
the first part hereby grants, bergeins, transfers, aliens, remises,
releeses, conveys and confirms unto the seid party of the second part
~ and to their heirs end assigns forever, seid certain land in seid

County oP St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows, to-Wit:
