This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing from the sworn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process was duly and regulazly had upon the Defendant on the

has failed to appear, answer or otherwise plead an the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
