FINAL JUDGEMENT BY DEFAULT
This cause coming on to be heard beEore me this day, and it appearing from the sworn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process was duly and regularly had upon the Defendant on the
9th day of Septeaber , 197 4, and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, It is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:- _
1. That a default be, and the same is, hereby entered against the above narned Defendant for failure

~ to appear, answer or otherwise plead to the Plaintiffs Petition; and

~ 2. That the Plaintiff recover of and from said Defendant possession of the premises described in the
