Lucie Co~.mty, Florida, described in the foregoing 1Varranty Deed; umderstands that
each and ev~ery provision of the foregoing docunents is made for the benefit of all
vwners of the Condominiua and is essential to the successful vperation and manage-
ment of said Condaaini~a property; covenants for hi.mself, heirs, successors, and
assi~s forever to abide by each and ev~ery provision of said Declaratiari, Articles
of Incorporatiaai, By-Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease Agreement; and further agrees
to pay the Mortgage, if any, described in the foregoing Deed. Grantee (s) further
