FINAL JUDGEMENT BY DEFAULT
This cause coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appearing from the sworn Petition
and the Court file herein that service of process was duly and regularly had upon the Defendant on the
12th day of Septecnber ~ 19T~+ ~ and the Defendant notwithstanding said summons,
has failed to appear, answer or otherwise plead on the return day fixed therein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, It is
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: -
